Any of you that have wheeled with me and my TJ know it is a squeaky SOB. Well I am getting tired of it. I am thinking it is coming from the polyurethane body mounts and poly spring isolators. So I want to replace them and see if it helps. Who is the go to for these types of bushings? Should I go back to rubber?

Knowing nothing about TJs but enough about poly, I agree with your guess. If that stuff is dry at all it squeaks terribly on contact with steel. Grease the hell out of everything you can for now. If I do not keep my ballistic joints greased regularly my Frontier turns into a squeaky mess.

For those particular items, I stick to Rubber vs Polyurethane, Grease won't really stay there long, and you're supposed to use more expensive Silicone or PTFE grease with poly, as standard petroleum can degrade it, so don't grease them, they're not really meant to be greased.

I generally use Crown or Omix Ada, you can get them just about anywhere, and they aren't particularly pricey. (I don't use any isolators on the bottom of the front coils, only the top)
