starting problems

got a 4wheel for free had no battery. its a 96 polaris xplorer 400. i jumped it off with my jeep and it started right up got a battery and it wouldnt even turn over now and if it does its just for a second. i can pull start it now but the lights wont come on like they did before when i pull started it. im thinking its the coil but any other input or ideas would help.

If you jumped it with your car running you may have over powered the atv. Always jump and atv from a car that is not running.

Check all you fuses
