Steering u-joints (1000 series IIRC)

Think a regular driveline shop would have 'em? Maybe just the local parts house? Anyone with a great source for them?

It's about 1.5" across the caps.. (measured 1.25" across the cross without the caps)

Rich, Try Napa. They carry some big truck stuff. Just take one in for reference.

Sorry, by steering u-joints, I should have said, steering SHAFT u-joints... Little tiny buggers.

They're only 1.5" across.. I don't think anything on my axles are that small, even the shafts are 1.6"

although when I read your first post, I thought you meant 1.5" diameter on the caps, not 1.6" for the X measurement?

BSR lists the assembly, but I just need a replacement joint, however, that's the assembly it's in... one of these...
