[new to 4 wheelin]

my wife has a 04 jeep liberty trail rated edition and wants to get new tires on it she wants to know how big she might be able to go without a lift and where she can go for halfway decent priced tires

a 245 75 15 or 30x 9.50 is big as I belive youll get away with .

245/70/16 is about the limit, especially on an '04. As for where to go for cheap tires, dunno unless you start looking on CL for used tires.
