Stolen Trailer! Wilmington NC

My dads car trailer was stolen this week from Wilmington NC, any help would greatly be appreciated and willing to give a reward for any info if it leads to its recovery.
the link below is what my dad typed up and has the most recent pictures of the trailer when loading it up in Chapel Hill to head to Wilmington a few months ago, pics aren't great but the only ones we could find that had multiple angles of the trailer and show the winch and what not.

I'll keep my eyes open around Hwy 70 and 17 around here. No telling where it could wind up. Any other tell tale signs to recognize it with?
 
Usually, homeowner's policies have to be verrrry specific to cover "contents" of an out building or outside posessions. Worth looking in to though!
