Store Coupons still a thing?

I used to get coupons in the mail from Northerntool and harbor freight, but it seems like those have all but stopped. Anyone got any good leads on where/if/how to get the coupons if they are still out there? Do I need to join a club, buy a membership?

NT used to send out 10 off 100, 25 off 250, 50 off 500 and Harbor Freight the 15%/20%/25% off everything (but the thing I needed)...

Companies are finally figuring out most people ignore paper mail ants a huge waste of resources.
I get email deals and coupons from HF and Northern and many others all the time.

Northern still has them but they are lame now. It’s like $5 off $100, $10 off $250, and $20 off $500 or something like that.
