Storing tires and wheels

I just picked up a set of street tires and wheels. Should my swamper radials be stored vertical or can they be stacked horizontal?

vertical theyll end up flatspotting. put enough air in them to keep a bead and stack them up horizontal.

Not sure of the reasoning, but I read once in Petersons that they should be stored standing up just as they are on your truck. But like many I know it takes more room and I would have to store them stacked myself.

They're radials - no problems with flatspotting. Store them however you want.
