Would it be possible to have the UserCP show the threads the you have posted to. It would make tracking posts a lot easier. It is this way on JU and they seem to be running the same software?

Where it says "Default Thread Subscription Mode" under Messaging and Notification, change it to No Email Notification. That should automatically subscribe you to all the threads you post in, without sending email notices to you.
