Found one for a decent price, debating going and taking a look at it, any problems I should be aware of?

200k Miles, Guy doesn't know the history of the vehicle but says it runs and drives great and pulls strong.
My father has a m1008 with a N/A 6.2 and it hasn't given him any trouble, and gets pretty impressive mileage, but won't win any races.
Anything I should look out for?
Incase it matters, I don't tow anything crazy so I don't need too much power, just enough ass for the hills hauling a jeep.
