Yes. You will still need some tranny mount and tunnel work but it can be done. However, the long input T-18 may cause an issue with drivetrain length on a CJ5......

You will have to change the input shaft on the T18. The Drive shaft will be way to short to work on a CJ 5 unless you lengthen the wheel base or run the CJ shaft.
 
I am planning on stretching the wheelbase by about 6". Would I have to change the input shaft with one out of a Ford T18? If so, any ideas where I could find one cheap?

assuming that you are stretching the rear only to get your 6 inches: your rear drive line would be about 10 or 12 inches without swapping in the ford input shaft

Parts Mike sells a kit that has everything you need except the clutch plate and bellhousing. (and skid plate of course)
