T-case leak

I have a 208 case clocked flat. At road speed (65-80 mph) it blows fluid out of the vent hose. It is mounted behind the block on the fire wall. Filled with 2qts atf. I did have gear oil in it and it did it then also.
Any ideas how to stop this?
