Correction. I would not buy ANY diesel truck in 2007 or the first half of 2008. If I was a fleet owner, I would have been buying up trucks in late 2005 and 2006. I would then start buying again in mid 2008 and heavily in 2009. In 2010 the emissions equipment gets more complicated. I really wish the EPA would have given a 5 yr cycle on this emissions program instead of 3.
