My 96 driving down the road one day started shooting antifreeze out the side of the head between the block....
There was a problem from new that showed up at 85,000 miles and the head bolts started popping one at a time. When I check it two head bolts were just setting there. Took it in to have the head pulled and they broke more and could not get any out of the block, Cummins sent a few techs up and Dodge Starr techs, all looking at it but could not get any thing done...
Got it covered under the 100,000 warr. for a new long block,
For some reason they could not get the rebuilds and I was pushing for new, anyways but luck would have it that is all they had...
