Tanning Bed

Where can I get something similar to this plug?
This plugs the top into the bottom of the tanning bed.
If I can`t find something similar I thought about mounting a junction box and wire nutting them together.
Any ideas?

I used to have a customer that ran a tanning salon and we seemed to replace bed cords almost annually.

Google bed cords and the make model...they are pretty readily available for most models
