did you plug the brake booster vacuum leak ?
Where is your map sensor vacuum hose hooked up to ?
Cap off all other open ports on the TBI?
When you blip the throttle it puts you into AE (accelerator Enrichment aka pump shot) so that says your definitely not getting enough fuel or your getting to much air.
Are your throttle blades able to close completely ? (or close to it)
Are BOTH injectors firing ?
