Short version:
Forest Service decision has been delayed twice and will probably be delayed again, was due the first part of September.
Rescue Tellico Coalition requested records from the FS under the Freedom Of Information Act. Records were received two weeks ago and are under review by Coalition committee members.
Results of FOIA review and plans for continuing the RT effort will be discussed during the SFWDA BOD meeting Saturday during Dixie Run.
Until the FS releases it's decision there is nothing either side can do but sit and wait.
