A neighbor called me and asked me if I had a few minutes to help her son pull his car out that was stuck. So we were going over to some land they own and I told her I wasn't going to drive across the creek because I was pretty sure it would be up, with all the rain we had over night. She said he was on this side of the creek stuck in the mud.
Well when we got down to where he was I thought she was going to have a stroke. He didn't quite make it across the creek he was right in the middle in a honda accord and the water was running over the hood:shaking: He said the water wasn't that deep when he got stuck but got deep really fast which is probably a little true.
He had already called a friend with waders to come and help. But after about 30 minutes of me trying to explain to him where to hook the tow rope I finally had to wade out(with out waders of course) and hook it up. Might I say the water was very cool this afternoon around 5pm:)
Well long story short it winched out a little hard at first until I asked the kid if he had taken it out of gear? After that it went ok, well except for a little fussin.
I wish I had taken a camera with us. My phone shut-of when I went to take the picture and Im not sure if my daughter took one or not if she did I will post it. I will post if it ever runs again also:)

Yeah, one of the small creeks that feed bell lake. The 5 foot creek was about 30 feet wide When I got there.

The creek runs through his dads driveway and is normally only an inch or two deep. He had drove in the day before with some friends and He said the water didn't look deep on the way out. His mom asked me what was he thinking and I tolder her he either said "Hey, watch this!" or " We can make it!". :) Well I didn't get a pic but will add dome kinda of cheap camera to my jeep tuffy box and I may know where someone could get a slightly used thoroughly washed accord:)
