thermostat woes

I have a 97 dodge work van and the heat dont work very well.
while it sets still the heat wont work. It blows air, but no heat in it. Then, while rolling , it blows a little warmer,but not super warm. could my thermostat be stuck? The engine temp is at an ok level around 215 degrees.

Just too cold to have this problem.

Low coolant/ Clogged core, Remove hoses, use air hose and blow backwards through it

Sounds like you may have a stopped up heater core or the switch that is under the hood, in-line on the heater hoses isn't switching to allow flow to the heater core. 215 is a little high, so you may have a water pump or thermostat issue too.
