NOPE, the block is still good, although when i rebuild it i'll do a bore job to make sure, also just to let everyone know my egts were reading totally normal at the time, the only indication was that my engine temps were really hot, i thought my temp sending unit was on the fritz it kept going from really hot to cool very spastically so i didn't pay any mind, also my truck probably would have been fine had i not been haulin butt up the hill at 80mph

both said stuff about the Pyro not working currect when this happened.. they said they noticed that is was jumping around and a little while later truck started making noise..
 
Pyro probe could have been broken by ejected bits of piston...
