Tire Balancing in Raleigh

Can anyone recommend a good shop in raleigh for tire balancing? I am running 36x13.50x15 IROK's bias ply on 8x15 aluminum rims. Took them to a truck tire shop in raleigh and they could not get them right. Any help would be appreciated.

Check with 4 Wheel Parts or East Coast Gear...they both do this work and are vendor's here.
