I need a new (or even slightly used) set of 33" MTs.
Anybody know of any good deals (buy 3 get 1 free etc) right now?

I hate those buy 3/1 free "deals". They jack up the price of the 3 tires so much it really doesn't save you much $. Have you checked treadepot.com? They've got pretty good prices on tires, they don't keep much in stock though...Treadwright also has some good deals on tires. They've got the old MTR molds too.

Unf TW dosn't have a tire in the size I need (33s).
Sears and Firestone have 3/1 deals right now (Pep Boys too) but conveniently it's only certain sizes/brands, nothing good for off-roading.

You might consider price verses value. I have found BFG and Michelin tires cost more but last much longer so are cheaper in the long run. I am partial to BFG AT KO tires on 4wd trucks.

You thought about going through Treawright?

see above...

I hear ya on quality/value, but I'm not terribly concerned about longevity, at the 4-5k/yr max I put on thiis truck (and getting less each year) they will either get punctured or dry rotted before hitting the wear bars.
retreads would be great if they just came in the right size
