What is the difference in these two tires? I'm assuming the 110 is the load rating but not sure why one would have 110/107Q and one is just 110Q

110 is the load rating, and the 110/107 is probably 110 rating SRW (single wheel) and 107 DRW (dual wheel) because they derate a bit for duallys. I assume this is in case one tire blows, then then entire load instantly transfers to the other tire. (which doesn't really make sense, because if that happens on an SRW truck, theres no backup tire...)
Q is the speed rating. Most likely the reason there are two different part numbers is because one is blackwall and the other is raised white letter or something.
