Tire Size / Speedometer calculator
I found this and thought it may help someone. You plug in your OE tire size and then your larger tire size and it calculates how far off the ol' "speed-o-meter" should be, as well as giving you all the dimensions for both tires to compare. I thought it was helpful.

It does not do ALL sizes unfortunately.
