ok im building my wrangler from ground up wondering whats a good tire that doesnt wear fast for on and off road/mud puddles and whats the advantage in having wheel spacers and whats the purpose for em im lookin to put 31x10.5 tires on her with a 4" lift

Wheel spacers move the wheel mount as thick as the spacer is. You should not need them with that lift and that size tire unless you are running stock wheels? If you are running stock wheels they will rub the control arms at full steering to either side. To avoid rubbing and save money by not buying the wheel spacers you could just extend your steering stops on the inside of the front of the steering knuckle.
And for a tire suggestion, I recommend the Cooper Discover STT if you are interested in a mud terrain and for an all terrain I recommend the Falken Rocky Mount A/Ts.

if you can avoid it, stay away from spacers-more load on wheel bearings, especially front ones and slightly more load on wheel studs-these are parts that make for a really bad day if they break.
