I recently got a 91 5.8l bronco and thing is a beast! I paid for it and the seller must have been a curbstoner as he didn't  register the title under his name....found out after the fact. This wouldn't be a problem as the title is notarized along with a signature from the original seller. My problem here is the damage disclosure statement (mvr-181)...is this now necessary documentation that must be filled out by the seller? What if I cannot get a hold of the original seller whose name is on the title? Anyone have experience with this...any insight is appreciated.
