So, time to put some full widths under my jeep. 8 lug 44 front out of a '80 J20. 4.88s, chromos, ox, warn hubs. Rear 60 out of a 2000 e350 with disc brakes and internal parking drum. The guy at pull a part listed it as misc. steering parts so he only charged me $53! It now has 4.88s, detroit, 35 spline shafts and drive flanges. Im using the clayton high clearance axle bracket kit, track bar kit and rear shock relocators. Chrome h2s and im planning on 37x13.5 rockers.
Thanks to:
ECGS for steering and axle goodies
Clayton Offroad for the brackets and CAD axle diagrams
Brian(66bronco) for machining my knuckles
Steve(jeepyj1129)for help with the grunt work

I will try to get pics up tonight:fuck-you:kyle

Thanks for posting my pics:beer:

Yeah we took a ton of pics I just tried to pick out a few good ones. The rear is finished. Waiting on new springs for the ox and steering parts to complete the front. That upper control arm bracket on the housing has about ten nickel rods on it. Hope it holds. Thanks again for posting the pics

Those are the front spring buckets. They are machined out of some kind of plastic to fit the spring. The retainer then bolts the plastic to the metal pads that im waiting to weld on once the axle is bolted in.

The back is one big circle one little circle with plastic in the middle to keep the spring located.

I heard about something cool in your tow rig's bed that will be making its way under this Heep. :flipoff2: Spill it.

What? That little guy? I wouldn't worry about that little guy.
Thanks for bringing to my attention I have a very incomplete build thread. Ill work on that. This is the only pic on my camera of my jeep as it sits. Or sat with the stickies.100_0135.jpg
