TJ exaust ?

2004 TJ exhaust pipe that goes from the headers to the muffler. The cat is down at the back of it. Do I need to replace the whole pipe or cut the cat out and replace :poop:it?
 
No not damaged. My cat clogged up and I was on the side of I-40 so the shop cut it out and piped it. But my question is the mini cats or resonators do they need replacement along with the cat, and O2 sensors?
