TJ hear just warm

Heat not hear, TJ only blows warm. Temp gauge is straight up and does not waiver. All controls seem to work. Hoses get really hot when heat is off, when turned on, top one seems hotter than bottom one. Radiator full and overflow is full. I guess I will pull the hoses off the water pump and run a water hose through them to see if anything flushes out. What else do I look at?

Flush the core backwards with water, then blow out with air and repeat til the water flows clear.

Normal flow is from thermostat to water pump. When flushing go opposite.

What ^ said did everything I have ever owned like said above it most of the time the heat will run you out
