TJ horn issue

Ok, '99 TJ that was wrecked with airbag deployment. I bought a new airbag/horn assembly. Horn blows constant with airbag plugged in but normally with it disconnected. The airbag light is on even with the new bag plugged in. What's the deal here?

Bad clockspring. Wires will melt in them during deployment. Pretty easy swap.

Make sure to ohm the new horn switch jic you got a bad one.

It ohms out good and so did the pad out of the blown one. That's what was confusing me. I didn't know if it was a SRS system issue that needed reset.
