TJ--JK Conversion

Has anyone ever heard of or done a conversion of the TJ front end to the JK front end? A buddy of mine and I were arguing over whether or not its possible to replace the grille and fenders on a TJ and install the JK parts. Any info?

Anything is possible if you want to do it bad enough.
I have seen a 2002 Chevy Front end grafted onto a 1992 Tahoe

The JK is wider than the TJ so I would think that kind of conversion would probably be pretty difficult.

That being said, I agree with the "anything's possible" but you'd have to do a LOT of fab work and cutting on that hood to narrow it. And a ton of other things to.
For as near as I can tell, zero benefit.

I belive the JK front end is wider than the TJ.

Just narrow your front fenders, and get JK flares... itll look close enough...

Im with the others, too much work with no gain, IMO

Less work and same affects, Quadratec has the Hi-line hood and fenders for sale that are used on the "Brute' truck conversion for $2500 I believe.
