Just order from one of the mail order places for them.
But I have a set of 3" springs I will let go fairly cheap, and I'm just up in Raleigh.
If you're bored, you can order the shocks through 4wheel parts, pick them up at the store to save on shipping, and I can even give you a hand tossing them on in my garage.

Even with a 3" lift, I'd recommend a couple of things.
1. Possibly a tcase drop. (I have my old pieces somewhere if needed. buy springs, get this free?)
2. Adjustable front track bar. The options of drilling the hole, etc etc or having a not centered axle are annoying.
3. Rear trackbar bracket. Same thing. Since you won't have a CV drive shaft, I have one of these somewhere for cheap too.
4. For shocks if you want cheap and a decent ride, get the skyjacker hydros for a 3" lifted TJ. They ride great for a cheap shock.

Skyjacker is a cheap shock?

I think there 33 bucks + shipping in most mag., an i have some TC drop brackets for free if you want to come get them also located in thomasville, or i work in greensboro you could pick them up there aswell. just thrown that out!

yea the coil spacer would be your best bet you wouldnt need springs just shocks and i would go with transfer case drop if not your drive shaft would be out of line and will vibrate and the only other thing you will need is the track bar relocation bracket in the front and back youll need the front to get rid of bump stear and back to center your axle but both are cheap and get them for about 60 bucks for both
