tj wb stretch

anybody here done a wb stretch on a tj. i need a few pointers.

how many inches are you tring to stretch it?

* he's aimin to run 42's I'm thinkin like 100" plus wheelbase for that

got a general idea of what you want to do?

i.e. rear leafs, coils, coilovers?

all wb gained in the rear? some of it in the front?

mine is stretched ~8"...all in the rear...went with coilovers all the way around...

4" rear stretch. Coilovers and adjustable arms so that when fuel cell installed I can stretch a few more inches with same set up and minor adjustments.

oh yeah i kinda forgot to mention the specifics. ok i got a 14ff for the rear and currently looking for a D60 housing to build how i want. i was thinkin of runnin some 42" iroks and i wanna keep coils or possibly go to coilovers. i am more than likely gonna get LJ rear upper and lower long arms from either RE or claytons and keep the tri link with the RE or go to 4 link if i get the claytons.

oh greg. i dont know if you want them or not but i have a video of you and a few pics from the beginning of the year up at dpg. i think some of them are from when you were just running coils and the second time was when you had coil overs up front maybe, but i think all of them are before you strecthed the wheelbase

i have had this link for sometime. he is pretty much sittin where i wanna be, but he used leafs and like i said before i wanna keep coils or go coilovers. but he is runnin right at 105" and i could possibly go with 103" or 104" and be fine i would think

102-103 on 37s would like to put my 39s back on if the don't sell.

i'll get some pics, clayton stretch in the rear moved the stock tank up.

d60 front 14bolt rear.

selling the fuel cell you need in the for sale forum. i would shoot for about 107-108 and 42s, you have to tweak the wheel base rule a little bit on tjs.
