4.5" XJ lift kit minus shocks, includes front coils, rear leafs, front lower control arms, t-case drop, $150 (or springs could work for ~4.5" lift on front of TJ)
Includes stock shackles whether you want them or not because they are permabonded in the bushing sleeve:

Warn XD9000i winch, ugly, works great, includes mounting hardware, new fairlead, new winch hook, new controller $500 obo A quick sandblast and a coat of paint would go a long way, and you'd have a good, old school, made in USA warn from the glory days of Warn winches.
