Toy disc brake help

Guys, here is what I got. 85 runner with FJ40 axles. The 40 axles have been swapped from the knuckles out with 1985 minitruck knuckles, spindles, hubs, etc... except for the rotor. I kept the FJ-40 vented rotor rather than the minitruck solid rotor. Here's my delimma... my calipers will not fit around the thicker vented rotor. Is my only option to use FJ-40 disc brake calipers? They are made of gold you know! Anyone done this on their mini truck? What did you use?
 
I believe any Toy pickup calipers will work as long as they are IFS. Preferably V-6.
 
toy ifs v6 calipers mounted to the outside of the knuckle. you may have to drill and tap the holes.
 
the reason they wont fit is because you are trying to use FJ40 vented rotors while everyone else is using FJ60 vented rotors. the FJ40 rotor is thicker than the FJ60 rotor. When talking about FJ rotors/vented rotors in regards to a toy solid axle, people are almost always referring to FJ60 rotors, not FJ40 or FJ80 rotors. We have the rotors you need, they will run you about $75 shipped for a pair. you will also need IFS calipers from a '89-'95 IFS pickup or 4runner. we also have a set of these used calipers, they will run you $60 shipped.
