Been toying with the idea for a while. My 92 toyota pickup is setting is setting at roughly ¾” lower in the rear. I’ve already got shackles under the rear to match the lift up front. I think my springs way be trying to show some age. So I don’t really want to go the rout of 1” or 2” blocks. I could use some direction from experience. I really only want around 1” to 1½” lift, my question is are add aleafs the way to go and which ones will give the lift wanted without fubaring the ride

Might be better off getting a matching set and cutting it down to make a bastard pack, aal have been known to be way stiff.

How much did you add up front?
Another option would be to get some 2-3" lift springs and go back to the original shackles, or maybe even taking 1 leaf out of that lift pack so it works out about right.
Problem w/ AALs is that the ride will be even more stiff.

A cheap, easy solution is to get a pair of TJ coils somebody has replaced and cut then down, squeeze between the leaf and bumpstop as a "helper".
Google "Zuk coil" for ideas.
