I had a 93 4runner with ADD (and don't suggest ritalin). I can get a set of manual hubs for next to nothing... what is involved in the conversion? I know how to lock my driveshaft in w/ the vaccuum/electrical stuff. I just want to know if there is a great difference in the spindle/hub/wheel bearing design between an ADD equipted truck and a manual hub truck. I know tacoma's require new spindles. How about the older trucks?

they bolt right up, you dont have to change anything. takes all of 5 minutes per side to do. just make sure you get IFS hubs and not solid axle hubs. There is a difference.

yep, what he said, did the conversion on my '90 at the Ocracoke camp ground one night 2 summers ago, took minutes.
