Background: I just removed my stock 85 booster and master cyl, replaced with the bigger new model 4Runner booster and T-100 m/c. I removed the rear LSPV and the "return" brake line running from it to the front union. I used the instructions here: http://www.4x4spot.com/proportioning.htm I replaced my rear wheel cyls and shoes and adjusted everything back there. Everything bled fine and the pedal got very firm. Problem is, it stays firm. It feels just like the engine isn't running and there is no vac assist. Pedal is firm but feels dead and takes forever to stop. I have vacuum. It pointed to a bad booster so I swapped it back last night and same thing. Should the brake lines coming out of the M/C be to the fronts on the port closer to the booster? Because they are reverse of that right now. Is too much pressure going to the rear? It doesn't feel like that and they don't lock up but I'm grasping at straws here.
