Are the outputs to the drive flanges all the same and the spline count is only on the input? I think that’s the case but figured I ask the professionals. It’s been a while since I have been down this road.

So if I’m going to get a 23 spline 4.7 kit, I can start with a 21 spline cases, correct?

this might help, I think the turbo case was the only one to have a factory 23 spline to mate up with the R150F. yes, you can swap a 21 to a 23

You can do 23 spline in the second case if you do duals, but the one that mates to the tranny has to match the output on the trans. 4 cyl Turbo trans (R151F) is is the only one that was 23 spline that a gear drive case will bolt to.
The v6 trannys (R150F) wont accept a gear drive case without an adapter.
