i have a 82 toyota truck which i just installed a sky offroad high steer kit, my problem is with the pitman arm and the fj80 end of the draglink. the castle nut will not tighten enough to put the cotter pin through it. i bought it as a kit back in the summer and just now getting around to installing it. it came with arms, tie rod, draglink, ifs box and mount and fj80 ends. i tried several times to get enough threads to come through it but theres no way. the end will push the the rubber grease boot flat but the hole in the pitman arm is about in the center of the nut. any help or thoughts would be great as i would like for my steering to be right. thanks

Why not just use a Nylock?
