Toyota Solid Axle Swap Question

Im starting the SAS on my 4runner and ahave a question. Does anyone know the dimensions (diameter, wall thickness, and length) of the shackle tube is that goes through the frame for rear of the front spring mount? You know the one that is like $10 from All Pro. I want to make my own hanger instead of waiting on the shipping from california.

rancho bushings (for 44044's) are 1.5" od, therefore a piece of 1 3/4" OD .120 wall tube works nice. But those are expensive, what size bushings are you using? OD of the bushing needs to be ID of the tube.

I dont have any bushings yet so im not sure. Ill probably use some stock toyota bushings i guess, i think i have some laying around ill have to check.

I have a set of the sleeves and the front hangar if you are interested.

2" .250 wall would add a little extra beef. Probably not needed once it is welded on each side of the frame....however, better to do it once and be done with it.
(for the 1.5" bushing above....YJ bushings are also 1.5 ")

Man you aint gonna ever finish that SAS...........plus you need to sling some rockwells under that bitch anyways.....
