I've built two of them both for SOA YJs. not too difficult, just get all the brackets and burn it together
 
same here...got the bracket for the axle off ruff stuff and made a bracket for the crossmember. I used an old shack from a xj and leaf spring bushings. Pretty easy if you got old stuff laying around or I think you can pick one up for couple hundred bucks if you can't build it.
