3 point on my mitsubishi 3 point lift. The lift just randomly stops working.
I just took it all apart cleaned it and replaced all fluid although it was clean last weekend. Was scrapping my driveway today and it just stopped lifting up. Tried it with draft control both directions so its not that. I just replaced part #25, #26 and #39

Not sure what is causing this

Did you replace the filter as well?

Then is the pump working? I wouldn't think it would go out intermittently. Sounds like a fluid delivery issue. Fluid level topped off right? I know these forums can be exhausting but are you a member of My Tractor Forum

Fluid is full. Pump is working can see it flowing from the fill port. But also cracked the lines to make sure it didnt have air in them.... plenty of pressure. Was box blading my driveway and lifted it up to adjust the shanks back up and the 3 point was kind of bouncing without moving the lever then 10 minutes later it wasn't working.

Im wondering if the piston cylinder has some pitting thats causing it to hang up and get stuck. But I think its pretty clean.

It has done this 4-5 times over the last 6 years. But I just "fixed" it last Saturday. Which was taking it all apart replacing fluid, cleaning filter. Taking piston apart and resetting it.

I think your lift cylinder is the culprit. Either that or youve got a Crack in the system.

Sounds like air in the system but old Jap hydraulics are choppy. I know you did it right but correct fluid? Usually failing O-rings just makes the implement not hold position. If you can see the fluid in the pump, does it have bubbles in it? Maybe its cavitating. Are you sure that the lift lever is engaging fully with the shaft that it's controlling? And you mentioned draft lever. I'm wondering if there's a connection between lift and draft that's stuck or not operating correctly. Spitballing here now.
