Howdy. I was wondering if anyone had used the Tractor Supply $49.99 tire remover stand/bars setup. I know you can use a couple crowbars, but I have probably 35-30 old tires on rims I need to get dismounted. Local tire place will do it for $2/tire, but if this setup isn't too bad to use, might as well spend the $$$ on it, then have it for the future...

I have the Harbor Freight one and have changed MANY tires ranging from passenger car tires to 38 TSLs with it over the last three years. FWIW, if I had to do 30 tires I'd pay the $2 each, if you brought me 30 tires I wouldn't want to dismount them for $60. That being said, the tool works great for the occasional tire change, just not for mass production IMO.

x2 on the HF tire machine.. I've done tons of tires..

I think you will have a harder time de-beading that many tires. The tire machine and lever setup does work, but old worn tires can be a PITA.. I'd still get the tire machine and try a few so you can practice with out worry of damaging anything.. But take the rest to the tire shop...

A little penetrant on the bead area while I was breaking the bead helped for me.

I would pay to have them done I had one of them they work but not the best.
I have Tyre Plyers For on the trail and road and they work.....
