I have the trail gear 3" front springs on my yota and they have been on the truck for about 6 months now wheeled every other weekend and they still seam to be stiff dont flex or ride good. Has anybody else had this problem any solutions to a fix? I dont want to loose ride hight starting to think the tg springs are :poop:

Never ran them but you could try to remove leaf and see what it does. Or maybe build a bastard with the tg springs and ruf.

The Trail Gear springs are good but you have to know what you're ordering, this is the deal with Trail-Gear parts and I tell this to everyone when they order them.
3" Stiff for daily driving and street use, not good offroad
4" Moderate for daily driving and trail use
5" Soft and flexy for off road use (what Messer use to run in his comp Toy)
If you drop 2 leafs out of the 5" they become 3" springs
If you drop 1 out of the 4" they become 3" springs
This is what we often do for our customers but then again you have to order from someone knowledgeable about the parts.
The only thing you could do is add plastic or something that would minimize friction between the leaves and see what that does but ultimately you're going to have a stiffer leaf pack.

when i ordred from trail gear direct they told me all the springs are the same spring rate so he said they will all flex the same only diffrence in them is the different heights between each of them.
