Trans fluid leak between case and trans

01 F250 has tranny juice leaking between the trans and transfer case. Am I right that the paper gasket should fix that? There’s no tranny seal back there right?

Worth my time to go ahead and replace the case input seal I would imagine?

Yep...paper gasket and some RTV should do you fine. I guess you could do the transfer case input seal if you wanted to...it'd be the best time to do it.
