trans & transfer case ???

I have a 83 cj7 has a 400 small block chey, what would be a good 4speed manual,an transfer case to bolt to it, would like something that works well on an off road

NV4500 (5 speed though), includes a granny gear and overdrive gear

SM 465, has nice granny gear, but no overdrive

Transfercase, I'm partial to a well built Dana 300, but an Atlas is good. A 205 IMO, is way too big for a CJ, but works very well and is durable...
