Transfer Case leaking

I purchased k5 and noticed some fluid coming out of the transfer case . Hard to tell with no pics, but I dont know how to upload them. I could email them to someone, if you could upload them. Im guessing just a gasket needs to be replaced
 
here's your pic. from what i can see it may be the gasket between the trans and transfer case. you may also need to replace the front seal on the t-case.
