I know Greensboro has the most votes, but because winston was a close 2nd, and kville is inbetween also had some votes, I figure cut the distance, go for Kville and hope for the best turnout possible.

The poll is in the other thread and due to circumstances beyond my control that is currently unavailable. This is everyone who voted.

Come on folks, just trying to get a for sure amount, doesn't take 10 seconds to post here. I would like to get a general idea so I can call Hams in advance and let them know a round about number even though I figure we will chill outside around the vehicles and on the patio area.

Thats the plan, call ahead let them know will be a large party coming in around 6, many may be eating, drinking, will take up a large area of the parking lot as it is a 4x4 meet, maybe get some kind of group discount :D

Going to be at the beach that weekend, you guys have fun.
 
Start a new job on monday that will have me working 12 hour shifts on saturday/sunday, will see what I can do about making the meet, should be 3rd shift but could change often for the first month. Worst case I can probably come in a few hours early or stay a few hours late to make up for it.

Meet is just around the corner, going into work an extra day this week so I don't have to rush into work early. I am going to make a few phone calls today to ask some friends about coming, Ill be the first to tell you some of them are very unreliable.

Weather Forecast is calling for rain, so definately going to be inside, I have to call Hams, Ive been busy and totally forgot. I figure this should be enough notice though.

Im gonna say 20-30 coming? Possibly more.

Come on out folks, invite some friends who may not be on this forum, and we can convince them to join :)

Just got off the phone with Hams, they are willing to reserve the Patio for us, and we will have full access to the bar area.

I told them anywhere from 15-30 folks between 6 and 8-9
