Hey can somebody fill me in on a budget way to take a 3.5inch rubicon express lift and upgrade that lift into eaither a 6 inch long arm suspension system or if thats not possible then just fill me in on the parts i need to make it preferablely a 6 but if not a 5.5 inch system im just tryin to save a little money . i want it to sit up a little higher so i can fit 35 M/T's on it im currently rollin with 31 inch bridgestone A/T Dulers which by the way "FYI" are the shittyest most EXPENCIVE tires on the market dont ask me i didnt put em on there. My jeep came with em, the guy that owned my jeep before me really didnt know his shit. but i gotta say he did keep it in grade A shape

if its the superflex u can prob put 35s on there already if not then throw a 2" body lift and it will clear with space to spare

Hmm
Since it's an XJ, the body lift won't work.
(He didn't mention it, but I looked at his profile.)
CHEAPest way to do it, would be new springs for the back, (dakota or something similar) and then some spacers in the front.
A little trimming and you're good to go.
Which rear axle do you have?
the 8.25? Or the turdy five?
Also do you have an SYE already? You will need one to go any higher.

Edit: The duelers are good tires, just NOT mud tires.
Editing the Edit: Noticed something else in your Profile.

Rockcrawler makes a longarm kit for the cherokee...about 450 bucks...find some good used coils...do what hscrugby said...dakota leafs and a 1" shackleand you will need a SYE if you want 6", and trim fenders....

also check alcon (dont know if thats the right name) but i heard they make some big chero's. sorry i didnt know it was a xj. also rusty's makes a few kits heard they were good by people but also heard bad so RESEARCH the products by them if possible
