Tuffy Lock Box

Got this lock box with my TJ years ago and never used it. It would take up the entire back cargo area and requires removing seats and their brackets I believe. The back of it that would go against the tail gate can be taken off or left ok to be able to get to things without opening the top.
Do not have keys for the locks and the lift arms need replaced as they won't hold the lid up.
